Pre-Employment Psychological Assessments
A PPA evaluates the psychological, emotional, and cognitive qualifications of a prospective employee.
At SEAS, our PPAs follow a proprietary evaluation process personally developed by Dr. Steele over many years of clinical experience.
This comprehensive assessment, conducted by a licensed clinical psychologist, identifies possible risk factors that might prevent a job candidate from effectively fulfilling a position.
A PPA is conducted after a conditional offer of employment has been extended to a qualified candidate but before the hiring process is complete.

Fitness-For-Duty Evaluations
A FFD is a mental health evaluation in which a licensed psychologist performs tests and provides feedback about a current employee's mental fitness to perform a specific job.
FFD evaluations are usually done when circumstance arise which may impair a current employee from successfully doing their job.
A FFD measures employee risk in three key areas: risk to self, risk to others, and risk to the employer's interests. In other words, the FFD can help determine whether the employee can continue to perform their job duties safely and effectively.
